Getting to Kifines Suites

​Kifines Suites is located in Chora, 3,5 km away from the port of the island. Once you arrive to the port of Folegandros, Karavostasi, we will be waiting for you at the port for a free tranfer to Kifines Suites.

Getting to Folegandros island ​​

​By Sea. During the summer season, Folegandros is served daily from Piraeus (Athens main port) by high speed boat and by conventional ferries. By speed boat the journey time is approx.4 hours whether by conventional ferry it takes 6 to 9 hours, depending on the route. The island is connected also with the following islands: Santorini (daily), Milos (daily), Sifnos, Ios, Mykonos, Sikinos, Amorgos, Naxos, Paros & Syros.

​By Air. You can fly to Santorini Airport (JTR) or to Milos Airport (MLO) and then take either the high speed boat or the conventional ferry towards Folegandros. The journey time is about sixty minutes from both departure points.

​​​Getting around the island ​

​​Folegandros is a relatively small island and it is quite easy to get around. The local bus (KTEL in local language) is the main transportation mean to get you from the port to the Chora, with various stops along the route to the beginning of unpaved trails that lead you to the famous beaches of the island. A taxi-van is also available (after arrangement). You can also rent a car, a motor bike or a quad to get around.
